WHO WE ARE

TPT provides talented engineers that identify opportunities for cost savings and are dedicated to the implementation of lean practices to improve productivity and eliminate waste for our clients.

In early 2005 the Productivity Team LLC (TPT) was formed. TPT is a lean and industrial engineering consulting firm based in Troy, MI. All Productivity Team LLC engineers are MODAPTS certified. MODAPTS is the cornerstone of our service offerings and has opened the door to many successful opportunities with companies that have no current time standards.

TPT shows companies how to save money by utilizing MODAPTS data. TPT will provide a lean manufacturing plan that will increase efficiency and reduce costs. If manpower reduction is the goal we will identify the minimum number of operators required without impacting quality or delivery. If a shortage of trained, skilled workers is the constraint to grow, TPT can show you how to increase throughput and productivity while minimizing or eliminating the need for added workers through waste elimination.
