contracted TPT to provide Industrial Engineering
support for the Mazda 6. The engineering team
consisted of three (3) Senior TPT Engineers
to assist the plant by identifying opportunities
for workload rebalances. This included reviewing
the current time studies, doing new studies
where necessary, creating To/From lists, attending
trials for work moves, and updating the data
in the GSPAS/APT software. TPT Engineers kept
the rebalance project on schedule.
