TPT will provide the following rebalance support   - Identify operations with potental for relocation of work for labor efficiencies - Create plans for methodization opportunities identified by TPT and our Client - Create to/from plan for effective operations - Provide work place layout templates for non-value added work time analysis of each revised direct labor operation   Eliminate Waste and Reduce Cost   - Utilizing the data gathered, TPT will provide a plan that will increase efficiency and reduce cost. - When manpower reduction is the goal we identify the minimum number of operators required without impacting quality or delivery. - Another option is to utilize existing (trained) workforce and free up floor space to take on additional programs.
